I just made this soup it is delicious but has way too much liquid in it. I used the high pressure “soup/broth” setting for 10 minutes with a quick release. I also used slightly less liquid and used an immersion blender on about half the soup to make it slightly thicker. Just whipped this up! Also it said 3 sweet potatoes is 4 cups but the ones I bought were quite large so that just 2 filled 4 cups maybe thats where I went wrong? brown sugar and 3 tbsp.
