From the 9th to 15th of January, Pera EEMEA delivered another session of the Mentor&d Training programme, in cooperation with Ulutek Bursa.
Delivered for TÜBİTAK, the programme will offer innovation and entrepreneurship-focused trainings for mentor candidates. It aims to develop a mentor pool to help transfer international know-how to the Turkish market, developing the R&D and innovation skills of SMEs through one-to-one assistance.
Twenty five mentors have embarked on the training and over the course of two weeks they will cover topics including:
- Value creation
- Business model development
- Company management
- Customer management
- Innovation management
- Access to financial resources
- Investor relations
On completion of the training and approval from TÜBİTAK our mentors will then go on to conduct one-to-one sessions with SMEs on developing their R&D and Innovation skills.
